• Board of Directors

The Board of Directors, appointed by the Shareholders' Meeting on December 19, 2025, will remain in office for three financial years, or until the approval of Telmes SpA's financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2027.

Massimo De Stefano

President and CEO

He obtained his industrial engineering diploma in 1992. He founded his first company operating in the electrical sector in 1995 and subsequently established Telmes in 2004.

Since its inception, he has held the positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors, Managing Director, and Technical Manager at Telmes.

He has gained extensive experience in the electrical sector, including electrical system design, as well as significant financial and management skills.

Gaetano Cafagna

Councilor

He obtained his industrial engineering diploma in 1992. Together with Massimo De Stefano he founded Telmes in 2004.

Since its inception, he has held the position of vice-president of the board of directors and head of purchasing at Telmes.

Renato Fimiani

Councilor

In over thirty years of professional experience, he has gained significant experience in the electrical industry, holding various technical roles. Since 2005, he has served as a board member and head of the technical department at Telmes.

Angelica De Stefano

Councilor

He graduated with a degree in accounting, administration, finance, and marketing in 2011. He began his professional collaboration with Telmes in 2013 and currently holds the position of financial manager.

Peter Marzano

Independent Advisor

He has been a lawyer registered with the Naples Bar Association since 2001, qualified to practice before the higher courts, and has offices in Naples and Milan.

He works as a freelancer, providing consultancy and litigation in commercial and employment law to national and international entities, individuals, and companies.

He is a member, also as president, of the Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 of various companies.

He is an expert in anti-money laundering matters, also as a member of study commissions promoted by trade associations.

The Board of Statutory Auditors, appointed by the Shareholders' Meeting on 19 December 2025, will remain in office for three financial years or until the approval of the financial statements of Telmes SpA as of 31 December 2027.

Roberto Bruno

President of the Board of Statutory Auditors

He has been registered with the Register of Chartered Accountants and qualified to practice as a Chartered Accountant since 1999 and with the Register of Auditors since 2002.

He attended a Master's degree in Corporate Tax Law at Bocconi University in Milan in 2004 and a Master's degree in Finance and Management Control at IFAF in 2006.

He practices his profession with particular reference to the industrial, real estate management and construction, shipbuilding, wholesale and retail trade, agriculture, public procurement, and government concessions sectors.

Annalisa De Giosa

Acting Mayor

She has been registered in the register of chartered accountants and qualified to practice as a chartered accountant since 1988 and in the register of auditors since 1985, as well as in the register of technical consultants to the judge at the Court of Bari since 1984.

She works as a business consultant in organizing and promoting training courses, as well as designing and drafting business plans to obtain public funding for businesses, including monitoring activities with the relevant bodies and final expenditure reporting.

He has been registered in the register of chartered accountants and qualified to practice as a chartered accountant since 1993 and in the register of auditors since 1995.

He works as a freelance accountant, auditor, and business consultant, focusing on companies in the olive oil sector and SMEs.

Mauro Cutrignelli

Deputy Mayor

He has been registered with the Register of Chartered Accountants and has been qualified to practice as a Chartered Accountant since 1977, as well as with the Register of Auditors.

He has also been registered as a technical consultant to the judge since 1988 and as an expert to the judge since 1990 at the Court of Bari.

He works as a freelance accountant, auditor, and business consultant in corporate, accounting, tax, and labor matters.

Ernesto Alberto Di Marco

Deputy Mayor

He has been registered in the register of chartered accountants and qualified to practice as a chartered accountant since 1994 and in the register of auditors since 1999.

He is also registered as a technical consultant to the judge.

He works as a freelance accountant, auditor, and business consultant in corporate, accounting, tax, and labor matters.

The statutory audit assignment has been awarded to RSM Società di Revisione e Organizzazione Contabile SpA, until the date of the Shareholders' Meeting called to approve the financial statements of Telmes SpA as of December 31, 2027.
